Recipe for love

Thingies that you need to make this are:

1 teaspoon of laos powder
1 bag of crisps ( I recoment this one because it is easier to make it with these crisps)

1 spoon of sambal oelek

3-4 spoons of sugar

2 laurel leaves

1 onion

Are you a sweety sugar person? Just at some more sugar and less sambal.

If you like to have a very spicy dish then use a bit more of sambal.

-First you put some oil in the (sauce)pan. Take the onion, cut it into little pieces and put it in the pan.

Be carfeful ! Take care of it with love, don't let it burn!

-After that you through in all the ingredients. But wait with the crisps!

At some water to it. Less then a half glass of water.

-Mix it...

and now you got to wait.. for some time

But don't you dare to run away now!!!

-Use a wooden spoon and go with it over the the botom of the pan.

in the beginning you can see that if you make a line towards yourself, that the mixed up mess is going quickly to eachother back.

-You got to wait for some time to let the sugar caramelise.

And if you make a line with your spoon again you can see that the sticky mess isn't going

quickly back. This is the moment!

-Get your pan off the stove.

Put the crisps in it and mix it.

Careful! Don't crush the crisps.. !

- let the crisps rest for 5 min.. that they are a bit cooled down.

play a good knife and fork ;)
